  This place is awesome if you plan on going to just view and not buy. Their selection is amazing it's a massive building with stuff even avid fish hobbiests and reptile fans have never seen. They house some seriously rare animals and frankly stuff that you just haven't seen for example their anaconda tank and their huge iguana tank and their massive monitor tank. We went in on a Saturday and were sort of bummed about their lack of tanks that were filled because the owners and partial staff were at an expo for the weekend. We driving from Rochester only have weekends to do things like this so to be limited on our free time was sort of an inconvenience. We had spotted a perfect tank and set up for a possible crested gecko purchase and so we went around the store looking for the gecko's and staff. We had never found crested geckos (surprisingly considering it's very common reptile) so we settled to talking with a guy who was in the reptile part of the store. He blatantly had no idea if they had them and directed us to another staff member in the store. We had found our way to the front to be told what ever overflow stock they had was not to be accessed until the owners were back during the week days. it was interesting that they wouldn't at least attempt to call the store owners to see if they were able to sell a tank and gecko set up for a easy sale even after expressing to them we drove from Rochester. This being said we thought about still purchasing the tank but decided not too if they weren't going to help with the geckos in the first place. They are still getting a 3 star review because i definitely won't count this place out i just didn't necessarily get along with the staff as i would have hoped and expect to have a more decent experience once the owners return.
