Was told they would call when they determined if it could be re-sized and cost would be. Only call received was a call to say ring was finished and could be picked up. Never gave them authorization to proceed with re-sizing before contacting us. When we picked up the ring salesperson indicated that we had been contacted and told them to proceed which was not true. Very disappointed in service.
